Pavel Pavlidis was born in Ostrava in Czech Republic at1981 and raised in Thessaloniki Greece. In 2001 he graduated from a private college with the Diploma of cookery art technician. From 2002 he held the Diploma of post-secondary professional training and also from 2005; he was awarded with the diploma of school meat professionals in Thessaloniki.
holds a Certiport Microsoft degree (in 2005) in computer skills.
He speaks Greek and Czech fluently and English very well.
